With their wide variety of products ranging from notebooks to phone cases, Woodchuck needed an e-commerce product customization tool that would scale across multiple products and categories. The shopper experience needed to provide a virtual proof of the customized product to ensure conversions, and the tool must provide output files for laser engraving.
Woodchuck selected Artifi Labs to power their product customization. In a matter of 8 weeks, Woodchuck successfully integrated Artifi Labs into their Shopify store. At the time of integration, Woodchuck launched with a small variety of products, only offering classic wooden journals.
