Q: What was the main driving force behind creating these updates?
A: Artifi values customer feedback and is always looking for ways to improve. Many of these updates were driven by customers providing feedback which the account management team leveraged with our research and development teams.
Q: What are some major benefits from this release?
A: Features aside, one of the major benefits is not a visual one. Artifi pushed out performance enhancements to increase rendering speed, which aids in increasing conversion rates.
Q: What’s the next step for enabling these features?
A: Customers should define the list of features they are interested in and reach out to their account manager. As customers and products vary, so do the details required to push features live. With the list, the account management team can work with the technical team to provide an estimate.

A: Some of the main features include the new colorizer, layout, and shop by logo.

A: Artifi is an extremely visual tool. A features list can only go so far in helping a customer understand the functionality. This webinar shows visual examples of these features in action.
